is the time when we look at how the remedy and the plan, is working. We look at what has changed and what the “vital force” is telling us now. The follow up is 30-60 minutes. I recommend the first follow up be 3 weeks after the remedy is taken, and subsequent follow ups occur every 3-5 weeks, depending on how you are doing.
The process for a client who is seeing me for both therapy and homeopathy is the same in terms of the intake, but the follow-ups are therapy sessions, and occur weekly or bi-weekly. I can figure out what to do with the remedy in the therapy session.

As you reach your goals, we will decide how often you want to have an appointment.

In between regular follow-up appointments if you have any questions, you can email or call me. If I am not available at that time, I will return your call as soon as possible. These calls are for brief questions only. It is better to discuss possible need to change a remedy during regular appointments.

If you are experiencing a lot of emotional upheaval, it is best to have a therapy appointment to process your feelings. Charges will apply to lengthy and complicated concerns between appointments.

You are embarking on the path of a true healing journey! One that will be both rewarding and challenging. Please plan on investing at least a year in your treatment. As with anything, the more you put into it, the more you will achieve. You can purchase treatment packages that allow for a lower cost per session.

Sometimes I know the remedy right away, and I can provide you my recommendation at the intake. More often, I will contact you a few days later with a detailed plan and mail the remedies, or tell you what to get at your local health food store. I also often recommend other supports like flower essences, gemmos (remedies made from the buds of trees) organ support remedies, and/or other homeopathic tonics.
